Just Jazz and Jesus: Imagine anew the House of salvation. When you first enter the great hall from one of the three adjacent doors you are struck by its exalted beauty. The doors are exits from three vestibules -- which we accessed by outer doors from a maze of intricate divisions. But the cosmic hall leads to a final gate which requires but one simple key. The key to the deeper life is loving Jesus and imitating His love for sinful people (how could anyone not love Jesus?). P.S. I am referring to the Papal, Eastern Orthodox, and Protestant churches. The erudite Reformers were not saying that there were no Christians in the papal or eastern churches - that is, the systems as systems needed reforming. The Bride of Messiah should always be studying, testing, checking, rechecking, and conforming to Biblical teachings (doctrine). Always ask for a statement of doctrine when visiting a church. The Reformation was a return to the Bible.
