With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, starting in 2008, I’ve had the privilege of working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and leading classes in full body strength, HIIT, pump, step, cycling, dance(Zumba). While I took a long break, fitness has always been a part of my life, and my only true pause came during pregnancy—a journey that changed my perspective on health and wellness.
