Women in stem
Ruchita Nair with team and her determination to do something effective to change the status of women in STEM sowed the seeds for our global initiatives during COVID. Since then, each step has gradually and steadily moved us closer to our goal. We began as a concept in the imagination of a young girl, gradually evolving into a column in a published newspaper committed to inspire young girls to pursue their aspirations by discussing amazing women thinkers over the centuries.After a while, Ruchita was accepted into the acclaimed 1000 Girls 1000 Futures programme, which resulted in the formation of our team. Forming this team was only the first step in our journey to change the world; our mission will not be complete until we have made a genuine influence on the globe, something that fuels our every activity.
