ShambaniFarm is a family owned goat farm located in Tanzania having started on Dec 2017. We initially started with local goats i.e. Small East African (SEA) goats and some dairy breeds such as Saanen, Norwegian, Toggenburg, and Alpine. We have recently ventured into Boer and Kalahari Red goats as we focus more on meat goat production.
Our dream is to become the largest goat farm in East Africa and become leaders in breeding and marketing pure Boer and Kalahari Red goats in Tanzania with the aim of helping both local and international farmers improve their goat breeds with Boer and Kalahari Red genetics. We are also working on creating our own meat goat breed with SEA, Boer/Kalahari Red and Galla genetics for selling to local farmers.
We also engage in supplying of meat goats locally and aim to be the largest Tanzanian exporters of goat meat to the rest of the world.
