Sonny is nearly 7, he has decided he would like to do some short fitness videos for his friends and other children. During the Covid -19 lock down he realised he was spending too much time on his Xbox playing Fortnite.

He enjoys going into the gym and doing step classes, dumbbell (tin of Tomatoes) workouts and circuits .

His main hobby he enjoys is his football. He enjoys his football each week , he has great coaches and loves meeting up with his friends to play football matches.

He has also said he would like to do some running for the homeless charity, so that’s going to be one of his next goals.
