YT channel dedicated to the outstanding singer, soprano, Elżbieta Szmytka. A graduate of the Kraków Academy of Music, she made her debut at the Kraków Opera in 1982 in the role of Susanna in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro. Two years later, she appeared for the first time on the stage of the Royal Opera House in Brussels. She has appeared on the stages of the world's greatest opera houses, including Vienna, Geneva, Amsterdam, Berlin, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Madrid, Warsaw, Prague, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, St Gallen, Bern, Athens, Lausanne, Montpellier, Lyon, Nantes, Lille, Toulouse and Paris. She has also performed in Buenos Aires, opera theatres in Los Angeles, Toronto, Boston and Chicago. She has taken part in festivals in Salzburg, Aix-en-Provence or Glyndebourne. She has given concerts at Carnegie Hall, Wigmore Hall and the Royal Albert Hall, in Birmingham, the Berlin Philharmonic, as well as in Paris, Brussels, Vienna and Montpellier.
