Asiia Garipova comes from a renowned Bashkir musical family. She graduated from the Ufa State Music College in 2014 and later completed her studies at the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg.
After receiving the Maria Pawlowna Scholarship from the Gartow Foundation, she moved to Germany to continue her studies at the Franz Liszt University of Music Weimar. In 2024, she earned her Master’s degree with distinction from the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre under Prof. Tanja Becker-Bender and is currently pursuing a Konzertexamen. She is a prizewinner of numerous national and international competitions and a recipient of multiple scholarships.
An internationally active musician, she has performed at festivals such as Neuköllner Originaltöne (Berlin), Summer Music Academy (Prague), International Music Sessions (Bergen, Netherlands), Ligeti – Im Ensemble! (Hamburg), and Hamburg Contemporary, and toured the Netherlands with the Bell Trio.
