A glimpse into some the projects and work that goes into operating a farming and ranching operation in central ND. The ranch was homesteaded in 1896 by my great grandpa. The quarter circle "F" was my grandpa's brand and has been passed down to me. We raise hereford angus cross cattle and calve around the 1st of April.
On the farming side we are 100% no-till. We run a variety of equipment brands including John Deere, Case, International, New Holland and Vermeer. We also run 3 semi's, a Mack, Kenworth, and a Peterbilt. We no longer have the Freightliner cabover.
In the shop you will observe a variety of welding and fabrication projects, general automotive maintenance, and heavy truck and equipment repair. Pretty much everything from brakes and oil changes, to engine overhauls and transmission repairs.
