The shadows and remains of our history is all around us! Our mission is to collect and compile pieces from that giant puzzle and create illuminating videos as snapshots of history. Looking back to our past helps us to understand the present and our future.
Our channel started some years ago with a few short videos from a narrow-gauge railroad. Since then, we have added several more categories: World War 1 and 2, The Korean war, The cold war era, The Vietnam war, Japan in World War 2, to mention some.
We are always trying to give our viewers something extra, not just documentary footage, but a background to the events, researching, and adding facts from archives - documents, maps, and images.
The aim with every video on the channel is a lesson in history small or big. Educational with an entertaining angle.
