Ian Alistair Gosbee is an award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, author, and DJ from Nova Scotia with more than 30 years of music experience. His sound blends country, folk, rock, funk, instrumental jazz, and modern hip-hop, rooted in honest storytelling, resilience, and East Coast influence. His recent releases include the country album Broken Hearts and Whiskey Roads and the hip-hop project Bounce Back, featuring songs like “Know My Worth” and “Small Town Dreams.” Ian has earned recognition including the 2024 ECMA Honorary Stompin’ Tom Award for Mainland Nova Scotia, Music Nova Scotia nominations, international songwriting recognition, radio airplay across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., and chart activity on Canadian indie music platforms.
