Folsom Prison Blues
Here I seek to bring awareness to the reality of incarceration and the criminal justice system in the US, particularly in CA. We explore what it's like in the CA prison system/CDCR from an inmate's perspective as well as bringing awareness to the draconian mandatory sentencing laws in CA such as the 3 strikes law and the negative impacts this has on our society. I'm an ex-con who did ten years plus in CDCR under the 3 strikes law but managed to turn my life around while in prison.
