Elite Muzik (born Barnabas Ijulu Manassah, 15 September 2001) is a Nigerian Afrobeats artist from Maiduguri, Borno State, known for blending culture, ambition, and lyrical depth.
He discovered his musical talent at age seven and was introduced to hip-hop by his elder brother, drawing inspiration from artists such as MI Abaga, Eminem, Jesse Jagz, and Macklemore. By eleven, he began writing original songs, with high school serving as his first testing ground for performance and stage presence.
In 2016, he explored under the name Caesar before evolving into Elite Muzik, a rebrand that reflected his artistic growth. After graduating from high school, he released his debut single “Moneymagnet” in 2018, followed by freestyles and records that earned widespread acceptance across his state. In 2024, Elite expanded his influence by creating Vibe Engine Fest, a youth cultural festival that has attracted over 2,000 attendees.
