I’ve been experimenting with a simple ginger bug and it really came through. This isn't the classic Jamaican ginger beer with clove and lime. It's a stripped-down, natural ferment using just ginger and sugar. Super fizzy and sharp with that real homemade vibe.
I even used the bug to make some fizzy fruit sodas and they slapped.
