This year, I am being intentional about my health journey—starting with blood sugar control.
We don’t talk enough about insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity, but they play a huge role in our overall health. When blood sugar isn’t managed well, it can lead to pre-diabetes, diabetes, and other long-term complications.
Through these monthly challenges, I am learning how to:
– Build healthier habits – Understand how my body responds to food – Improve my energy and strength – Stay consistent, not perfect
This is not about extremes—it’s about awareness, balance, and growth.
