I’m Fola Vincent, a certified Business/Personnel Psychologist and Human Capital & Culture Management strategist with over 13 years of experience, empowering individuals to unlock their potential and organizations to achieve exceptional results.

Fola is currently the Head of Learning, Performance, and Culture Management at NOVA Bank. Previously, a faculty manager at FCMB, L&D Specialist at EZ37 Solutions and the Lead Consultant at Pamera Konsult. Over the years, Fola has grown to become a trusted HR Strategist, Leadership & Performance Coach, and Business Psychologist for business leaders, Executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

Fola holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry Education, M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology, and mMBA in Business Innovation, Growth, and Sustainability. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Personnel Psychology at the University of Ibadan.
