With Talking Hands I seek to document and share cultural and practical exchanges with other fellow martial artists. The main nucleus of my practice is that of Kwang Sai Jook Lum Praying Mantis alongside longstanding foundations in Muay Thai, Western Boxing, and a variety of Chinese and Vietnamese kung fu.
