Ingredients:
- Tofu 300g
- Ground Cumin 2 tbsp
- Chili Powder 2 tbsp
- 5 Spices 2 tsp
- Scallion 2 stalks
- Coriander 1 stalk
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil
Recipe:
1. Slice the block of tofu (each slice about 0.5-0.8mm thick).
2. Cut the scallion and coriander into small pieces.
3. Heat up a flat, non-stick pan with medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add oil, then when hot, add the tofu.
4. Pan fry for 1-2 minutes until one side is crispy, then flip. Sprinkle the cumin, chili powder, 5 spices, and salt over the tofu evenly.
5. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, add scallion and coriander, and enjoy!
