Hi, I am Akanksha Shetty.

The zeal to try new recipes and feed delicious food to my family pushed me to start Rasoi, the flavour kitchen! My childhood is a blur of a constant stream of guests and my mom's tasty food. Watching her cook and eating wholesome, comfort food was a constant.

Before marriage, I looked up at cooking as a task. But as I went from Mumbai to Bangalore, cooking for my family became an exciting challenge. I started experimenting with old and new recipes. When my son came along, it gave me a newer goal of making food yummy for him.

Rasoi is my way to go nostalgic with home-cooked food prepared with love and a fresh twist, along with presenting easy-to-make recipes for anyone and everyone. Come fall in love with food and the art of cooking with me & my Rasoi!
