Some believers are spending too much time online. It is expected of the world to seek spiritual fulfillment with the many wanderings the Internet offers. But it is not acceptable for the believer to be consumed by it. We have living water in Christ, and the well of the Internet will never satisfy.
But if we seek satisfaction there, like any addiction it pulls us deeper and deeper, and eventually we lose common sense in pursuit of the Internet's stories. We saw a lot of that last week, where many follow-suit in dead online echo-chambers of hatred, when they should have been living and mourning.
Go out and spend time with friends, family and God. Walk in a park and pray. Do what you need, but take a break from the oppressive worldviews the Internet is screaming through your screen.

Devastating news to all Americans today. Prayers for Charlie Kirk’s family in this time.
And prayers for the state of the hearts of many in America. There is not only 1 murderer in this story, for there are unashamed celebrations of the shooting by many. They have murder in their hearts, and are likewise murderers.
It doesn’t matter whether you align with someone politically or not, it is shocking and evil to celebrate this. What we are witnessing is a godless society given over to the hardness of their hearts.

Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, “The scribes and the Pharisees sit on Moses' seat, so do and observe whatever they tell you, but not the works they do. For they preach, but do not practice." (Matt 23:1-3)
Jesus always called His disciples and all people to obey the law of God, since that is how He Himself walked. And to be a disciple, by definition, is to imitate. Therefore, all men must recognize it is impossible to imitate Him, without by consequence obeying God's commandments.
1 John 2:3 And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments.

There is so much spiritual abuse in the name of the Holy Spirit, done by those who seem passionate about the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts. Some have said you must speak in tongues to be saved, some have monetized healing, and some gave false prophecy. No wonder why many believers want nothing to do with the gifts.
Some of you have been deeply hurt. I intend to expose the falsehood, so you can see the truth. For we are at this moment in a place where the lines can seem blurry, and we're not sure what to believe or how to walk in the purity of the Holy Spirit's gifts.

With such we can have fellowship and unity, for that humility makes reconciliation and anything else possible. If we refuse to acknowledge our sin, God will not forgive us, and men will despise us.

The response to our recent Identity Crisis teaching has been overwhelming - many of you were grateful, and also raised questions regarding the trials in walking out your identity in Christ (Spirit & Truth Worship). Primarily in terms of being misunderstood and accused of lawlessness or legalism, loneliness and struggling with finding like-minded fellowship.
