ISKCON Ajmer , an extension centre of ISKCON Jaipur , is the branch of International society for krishna consciousness ( ISKCON ) , popularly known as the Hare Krishna movement worldwide. It was founded by His Divine Grace A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupad in 1966 in New York city to systematically propagate Spiritual knowledge through the timeless teachings of Vedas , especially the Bhagavad-gītā and the Bhagavat Purana and chalk out the most practical yet potent way of self realization , i.e the Congregational chanting of the holy names of Krishna in this age , as inaugurated by Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu , 550 years ago.
ISKCON ajmer is open to the public all year round , who wish to receive the blessings of Sri Sri Radha Madhava by engaging in any limb of devotional service as offered by the devotees.
