second shorts that will motivate them to practice self-kindness daily. Additionally, there will be ideas for activities they can engage in with their siblings and friends, fostering mutual encouragement and support.

I firmly believe that our youth require encouragement, if not more so, than adults. With extensive experience working with children in church and school settings, as well as in jobs related to mental health and developmental disabilities, I Am passionate about creating this channel. I eagerly anticipate each child enjoying the content and making it a positive learning experience.
