My name is Heather Wallander and I am the Founder and CEO of JustiProof, a revolutionary application dedicated to helping employees fight back against workplace discrimination by empowering each employee with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to take control of their narratives and protect their career.

This journey began with my own fight against discrimination and the devastating realization that the laws and policies I believed would shield me from discrimination were little more than a facade. I have experienced firsthand how overwhelming and intimidating it is to speak up when no one else will and how devastating it is to be left unsupported by those you trusted.
