Therefore, Love and compassion are necessities, not the luxuries. Without them, humanity can't be survived.” If you watch and listen teachings and mantras with your undivided attention . It will be super beneficial , effective to bringing inner peace to one’s body and mind. I wish you for happy and calm mind , healthy body and indeed a long life.
