Siddharth Chauhan
Siddharth has written and directed several award winning short films. His debut feature film, Amar Colony had its World Premiere at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (POFF 2022) where it won the Jury Prize for its 'Originality of Vision', making Siddharth the 1st Indian Director to win there in 26 years of its existence. Siddharth also won the Best Indian Debut Director Award at its Indian Premiere at IFFK, Kerala in 2022. Amar Colony has been praised globally by film critics for its striking originality, meticulous craftsmanship, taboo-breaking themes, humor, and satire.
Siddharth likes to explore narratives that address fundamental human needs & emotions, relationships dynamics, moral & ethical dilemmas which exist in our day to day lives. Each story he tells is a journey, crafted with care, infused with emotion, and designed to leave a lasting impact. Siddharth is currently developing his 2nd Independent Feature film.
