Welcome to my channel. I'm a two time Emmy Award winning producer and I'm also a seasoned Real Estate Investor. I am also proud to announce that I've joined the esteemed office of Coldwell Banker Realty in Brentwood, Los Angeles, California as a Sales Associate. I bought my first little house on a $10,000 advance on my credit card. I will be sharing many of my favorite films that inspired my career as a 40 year talk show and reality show producer where I booked Hollywood stars, news breaking stories, business moguls and Real Experts on network shows. Over the years I bought, fixed, rented out over 50 units, including a large apartment building. Watching old Hollywood Classic Films was my favorite thing to do with my mom. From a very young age I was intrigued by the decor of the rooms, the home furnishings and the style of houses that people lived in. This channel is all about life, living, getting lost in the classics and the freedom that Real Estate can afford you.
