If we are busy with a customer or on another line, leave a message, we will call you back. Our hours are from 9am to 5pm M-F, Eastern Standard Time, we do close for lunch between noon and 1pm. Pap therapy machines and full/complete mask require a prescription. If you need replacement parts or supplies, a prescription is not required. If you do not have a prescription, we can schedule a consult with our physician for you. If you do not have a prescription and need a complete mask ASAP - you can "build" one. Kinda like build a bear but with mask. For example, a complete Dreamwear UTN mask requires a prescription, but without a prescription you can purchase the Dreamwear frame, swivel, headgear and UTN cushion separately.
