Forest Holme Hospice Charity

Forest Holme Hospice provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to patients with life-limiting illnesses across Poole, Wimborne, and the Isle of Purbeck.

The hospice has specialist doctors, nurses and care teams, as well as counsellors and complementary therapists, who provide practical and emotional support for adults of all ages and their families in a variety of settings, such as their own home, nursing home, care home, in hospital or in the hospice itself.

The charity needs to raise £1 million each year to ensure that everyone in the local community affected by a life-limiting illness or bereavement gets the highest level of care and support, when and where it counts.
