I know some people look up to me, and I am sorry I failed you. I have been missing on this platform yet again for some time now. I had plans to do more videos this year - I even thought them out! For some crazy reason the time slips and I have none left, resulting in me always going to work and then come home and sleep and repeat 🔁 I have been so tired lately. I can’t imagine doing much more than what I am doing currently. Maybe old age is catching up to me?

Anyway, I do appreciate the support, I still get messages from supporters on here, if you ever need to speak to me for any reason, I don’t mind talking a little bit here n there just can’t be your therapist if you know what I mean 😬 lol but you can always add me on FB at David Owen! I’m usually fairly active there, I am always on the app whatnot which has been a curse and a blessing - I’m able to find great deals on things HOWEVER I don’t need more things - but I’m also able to sell on there to flip things out of my home quicker than anything I’ve done in the past. The issue lately is not having time to do my shows (live streams) and I still want to come back to YouTube at some point with more content. I really have to find time to manage all the things and feel like I gave it my all at the end of the day. This is not only for you guys but for myself, YouTube has been such a blessing to me!

YouTube has provided a way for me to express my artsy self without feeling overwhelmed by having to constantly make product to sell on a website (like some artists do) I never want it to feel like a job because that’s when it no longer feels fun to me. This platform also has helped me grow as a person, it’s helped me make so many new friends, through self learning, how to connect and collaborate with other YouTubers! It’s truly been a fundamental part of my life and I want to come back to these roots that I have planted, sewn, watered and watch grow over the years and to walk away with drying up roots is just devastating to me. It actually feels like my life is falling apart.

I also got in a way some therapy from doing the videos so I think that initially I will be burnt out and not wanting to do much but also it will help me in the long run and push me to get back to myself. I miss you all so much and I’m so happy to see my channel is continuing to grow even though I’ve been away!!

I will keep in touch and I hope when I release a new video that everyone can go crazy in the comments! Love you all take care and September is slowly ending but this not goodbye! See you in October 🤓

Thank you all so much for getting me to 10,000 subscribers here on YouTube!! I am actually shocked I hit this milestone. Even when I have not been fully invested in my channel during this period of my life - the support continues and it makes me feel so happy to be apart of this amazing community!!! I have a million ideas and I don’t know where to start so I think I just need to start with something - ANYTHING - cause #GUYS! it’s been way too long - I am OVER DUE for a DIY video! 🤪

Hey guys!! 👋🏼 I am sorry it’s been a hot minute since I have came up with any new video. Change is hard. Things in my life are different now - and I’m trying to learn to live with the separation of Stephanie, of Grandpa Bob, Azalea 😔💕 I haven’t had many major deaths in my life, especially to this extent. A lot of bad just hit me all at once and I’m slowly still trying to stand up. I know some will understand my situation completely while others will say I’m depressed and lazy but at the end of the day -I’m the one who has to live my life. And I’ve been trying to really focus on what that means lately…

My relationship with the Lord has really strengthened whilst also spending much needed family time - little getaways riding off road and celebrating birthdays and now my older brother is going to be a dad! My first nephew is on the way!! (: so with all the sorrows I haven’t felt and feel - I’m also experiencing some great memories, good laughs and overall positive energy and love at the same time.

I hope I can find the perfect balance to make some fun content bc I truly do miss being on YouTube and responding to everyone’s lovely comments! So someday I shall randomly pop up in your newsfeed lol 😝 and right now is one of them!! Guys!!!! I am going to hit 10,000 (TEN THOUSAND!!!) subscribers - this milestone could have never happened without you so please know YOU are the very reason why other people keep going, why others don’t fold, YOU are the supporting friend that some don’t have! Thank YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️

5 months ago I hit 9K on here, I’m slowly but surely approaching 10K and it’s very interesting to me because I have not been super active on YouTube - mainly because of my personal life has taken over (lots of working and other things I hope to address soon on this channel!) I hope everyone is having a blessed week.

Thank you to all the people who have been here from the beginning, helping support my channel and sharing my videos! It truly means a lot to me. You are not just a number to me. You are all apart of my online family!! I’m very happy to see I hit another milestone as I never thought I would get past 1K and here I am years later still going strong! 💪🏼 I also want to apologize to everyone for I keep promising videos to come out and then it doesn’t happen. I want you to understand that I want to make content - I am struggling in life right now. Mainly with my own mental health and trying to figure things out from my past in why I am who I am today. It’s something I’m going to have to work out as years go by but I think once I can get back into a routine with adding YouTube back in my life, I will be on more often - posting videos! I miss doing collaborations with my YouTube friends and I miss my own trash to treasure one! I’m so proud of the small wins in my life. They all add up to put this smile on my face! My dear friends….here on YouTube. Some of you already know the horrific news that happened last Friday…and most of you aren’t aware what happened. 🥺💔

My best friend, my sister at heart, my world… Stephanie Bonilla ….took her own life 😭😭

This still doesn’t even feel real to me. But as sad as it is to say, she’s gone. 🦋

I’m going to miss her so much! I’m gonna miss her crazy dancing and laughing and her HONKS whenever I walked in front of the car. I’m going to miss seeing her name pop up on my phone whenever I got a text from her. I’m gonna miss “the plans we made for our future” talks and talks about traveling!!

The other day, when I was driving looking for a spot to stop and clear my mind, I discovered this nature preserve next to a cemetery. I decided to park and walk down the hill that led to the water, the Maumee Valley River, what a spectacular view it was. I sat down on the dirty rocks and looked out at the water. It was glistening. The sun was bouncing off the tiny ripples in the water creating a sparkled effect, a beautiful moment in time. I knew Stephanie was there in that moment with me. I prayed to God and as I finished with my prayer, I looked down where I was sitting. I found a beautiful pink iridescent muscle shell. Just sitting in the dirt, broken into pieces.. I pulled it up and started crying. This shell was like Stephanie, in a way, beautiful but broken. She was shattered into pieces just like we all are now. I wish I could have been there for you, to help you, to let you cry it out, to do whatever you needed to do in that moment besides what happened. I am going to miss you so much. A piece of my heart is truly broken and I don’t think it’ll ever fully heal but I promise I will do anything in my power to help your daughters become strong independent woman.
