North Hills Avenue is the Video and Musical Project headed by Cat Johnson and Morgan Lamps in Raleigh, North Carolina. Both huge fans of The Mountain Goats, the group's name is a reference to their song "This Year," except they substitute the original lyric of "Headed North on Mills Avenue" to "Headed down North Hills Avenue" to pay homage to the area of Raleigh Cat's family is from and where they spend much of their time with other young single adults.
