Welcome to BadArnold—join us as we seek sustainable and accessible movement routines. You may or may not be at a stage where going and getting an intense workout is appealing or even doable. BadArnold will focus on simple movements and motions designed to wake up your muscles and start or re-start healthy living habits.
If you're at ground zero you can start with "Series 0" and work your way up from there. The Series 0 activities are designed to be at such a low barrier to entry that its almost impossible to not be able to do it. Starting with Series 1 you will be doing body weight exercises and calensentics using only props that you very likely have hanging around the house - pillows, towels, walls, brooms!
No pressure, no intimidation—just movement.
