There are so many occasion where it helped me, here are a few key ones:
I read at the speed I want depending on the type of reading.
When I read a book, I take my time if I like his style.
A book I might like the intrigue but find the writing boring, I can read in one hour.
When I read the news, I save so much time!
I know I can read a story from 3 to 5 sources. I gather more information and standpoints.
I can read deeper analysis and long documents because it will not take too much time.
I can take a 300 page business book and apply the techniques to get 80% of its content much faster than before.
