Across her 60-year career, Academy Award-nominated actress Amy Irving has built an eclectic resume, from 'Carrie' to 'Yentl' to 'Crossing Delancey'. Her 2023 music debut, 'Born In A Trunk', marked a shift from acting to music, a move Irving describes as finding “something else to light the fire in my belly.”

Her follow-up album, 'Always Will Be' (out now), continues her journey with 10 genre-defying tracks inspired by Willie Nelson, who suggested she record an album of his songs after hearing her rendition of “I’m Waiting Forever.”

Collaborating with Goolis and featuring guests like Louis Cato, Steve Earle, and Lizzie No, the album blends punk, samba, and French pop, with each song exploring love’s many facets. Irving brings the same nuance and depth to music as she does to acting, crafting a work that’s dynamic, personal, and alive with storytelling. “I’m finding something new,” she says. “And, boy, there’s nothing that makes you feel more alive.”
