Mommas…if you aren’t starting your day out with solid 30-40g protein your body will thank you! I usually am a routine person…and I do oatmeal with protein powder, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. But this time of year I start to crave my toast, so I make this 1-2x a week. Toast, egg, cottage cheese, avocado, kimchi. Buon Appetite!

5 minute daily Ab routine is up for my pregnant mommas! Something perfect to start your day with to get your stress levels lowered and activate all areas of your core canister so it can be working all day.
As a busy mother of 5, I know HOW HARD it is to get in movement some days(especially when pregnant) which is why I’m in the process of recording new content that is 5/10 minutes max.
If you have more time you can repeat the video, but no pressure.

Hey friends!

Back from Italia and boy did I ever need to do some Pilates after those long plane rides! I did Mon/Wed from this week and let me tell you it does not matter how many times I do them, it feels.so.good.

Moving forward my plan is to TALK LESS during the workout; specifically leaving out the jabber from the beginning so y’all can just get to it 🫣

Also my plan is to start filming some more strength based workouts combined with Pilates…it seriously is the combination for a long, healthy life! 🥰
