Julie Michelson Coaching

If you are like most of my clients, you are tired and in pain.

You struggle to be the partner, friend, and perhaps, parent that you want to be because the fatigue runs so deep that it takes a Herculean effort to get through the day.

I was there too.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2004. I was a single mom with three young children.

I had to stop working and had to quit graduate school as well. My brain fog made it too hard to retain the information I was learning.

The doctors had told me that there was nothing I could do to slow my disease process except take my medications.

I am so grateful that they were wrong!

I began to change my diet and meditate and noticed improvements.

Through continued researching, learning and experimenting, my health continued to improve.

Today I live a fully energized life, and it has become my passion to help high achievers struggling with autoimmunity live with less pain and more energy.
