I am excited to share that I will be competing at an IRONMAN triathlon event this year in support of the IRONMAN Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating positive, tangible change in race communities. Together, we can be a catalyst for change—but I can’t do it without your help and support!

Please consider making a donation. Your generosity is incredible and will provide even more support throughout our race communities.

When it's so cold outside all you can do is snuggle with your best buddies. #Smokie #Bandit #Carl

I wanted to send a big shout out to the 18 people and 1 business that have donated to my Ironman Foundation Charity event. I'm attempting to raise $25,000 in total for the Foundation and am almost at 6k.  THANK YOU!!! For those who don't know my story or what is happening, check out the the QR Code, and a little about me here.

I’m relatively new to Triathlon, just about 5 years, but have been involved in sport activities for most of my life.  If it’s outside, I’m likely going to give it a go.  That’s not to say there haven’t been hiccups along the way.  In fact, when I was 20 I lost my right arm in a nasty car accident.  After a few crazy years, I decided to get my life together and like many endurance athletes I sort of fell back into sport.  Running turned into soccer which turned into marathons, and marathons turned into triathlons.
