Kayzee
Kayzee is a dynamic record producer, songwriter, DJ, engineer, and music educator from Luton, UK. Born in Nigeria, he was deeply influenced by the rich sounds of highlife, Fuji, soul, R&B, and hip hop, which sparked his lifelong passion for music. Moving to the UK in his late teens, he honed his craft in school music rooms, discovering his love for production through the DAW ‘Reason.’
Kayzee's sound blends gospel, soul, and gritty UK genres like grime and garage. His big break came when he won a Rudimental remix competition, propelling him into the local music scene and eventually leading to DJ residencies and international gigs.
Connecting with Stefflon Don, he produced multiple tracks, including the diss hits ‘Dead Gyal Walking’ and ‘Dead Gyal Talking,’ and 9 tracks on her album *Island 54*.
Today, he continues to innovate, blending his deep-rooted influences with contemporary sounds to make his mark on the music world.
