On the job training guide. The guide provides supervisors in Small & Medium Audit Practices with a guide to providing structured in house on the job training for the less experience team members. They will highlight the key areas to look out for, and the expectations that have to be met under each audit main-task. The guide will also recommend the knowledge and competencies necessary for the engagement team members to effectively carry out his or her tasks. The main tasks and its related task elements were largely adapted on Singapore Standards on Auditing.
