Dr. Mary Grimberg is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist and educator with over 14 years of experience. She’s board certified in orthopedics, a former orthopedic residency faculty member, a continuing education instructor for movement professionals, and a mentor to clinicians across all stages of their careers.
After surviving cancer at 33, Hodgkin’s lymphoma and undergoing chemotherapy, she thought the hardest part was behind her, but she was thrown into early onset of perimenopause. She discovered with herself and her clients, how fascia, blood sugar, the lymphatic system, stress, the digestive system, movement, and hormones all connect, and how addressing them together creates lasting change.
By turning her own pain into a path of healing, she now helps people in perimenopause reclaim strength, clarity, and confidence, while also educating health and fitness professionals to better support this population.
