I had tried losing weight before: restriction, cutting entire food groups, counting points, and just about every diet pill on the market, but I had never tried eating foods to fuel my body rather than starve it.
When you focus on addition rather than elimination- more water, more veggies, more proteins- all these amazing, nourishing foods begin crowding out the foods that aren’t fueling your body.
Taking care of yourself does not mean “You FIRST”.
It simply means “You TOO”.
