Launched under the direction of Jennifer Betit Yen by the Film Lab, a 501(c)(3) non profit dedicated to the promotion and support of gender and ethnic parity in film and television, Film Lab (aka AAFL TV) creates and promotes bold, diverse, original entertainment content. The goal of the Production Arm is to create and share diverse stories showing the multi-cultural and cosmopolitan canvass of US society today. Our entertainment content showcases the United States as it truly is -- diverse and cosmopolitan, through multi-ethnic and multi-cultural viewpoints and stories. Also featured are the films of our annual 72 Hour Shootout filmmaking competition, a high profile, global competition that connect filmmakers to top network executives for exposure, mentorships and more.
