Hi my name is Jose Aguilar, I'm the owner of Fitness Innovations a small personal training studio in the heart of Coral Gables, Florida U.S.A. where I specialized in personal training for adults over 50 who are looking to lose weight, gain strength, muscle, agility, flexibility, balance, posture while at the same time, looking and feeling better than they have in years. I am creating this channel not only to bring awareness to my business but for most to share the information I have learn through out my years of experience as a certified personal trainer in order to help others with their problems which is one of my purposes in life.
