What is Zhan Zhuang?
Zhan Zhuang (pronounced "jan jong") is a standing meditation practice rooted in Chinese tradition. You simply stand — in a relaxed, natural posture — and breathe. No moves to memorize, no poses to master.
The simplicity is the point: by standing still, your body and mind slowly unwind. Tension drops. Thoughts settle. Energy returns. It's meditation for people who can't sit still.
