In 2021, I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Since then, life has been a blur of emergency surgeries, chemo, and immunotherapy. I can’t work, and my housing is unstable—but I’m still here. Still breathing. Still walking the narrow path. Music has become my lifeline, helping me hold on to what matters most.
In the middle of all the pain and uncertainty, I come back to this: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength.” That’s what I’m trying to do—every day, through every note.
I make music to remind myself of God’s faithfulness. Sometimes I write through tears, sometimes with a smile, but always with hope. These songs are my prayers, my praise, and my therapy. They’re for anyone walking through something hard, anyone who needs to know they’re not alone. I’m making music to hold on to joy. To worship in the storm. To have fun—even now. Thanks for listening.
