Spirit Preparatory School in Riverside California teaches cheerleading, pom/song/dance, tumbling, stunting, competition teams, & more! We are the only dedicated cheerleading gym in the Riverside area! We accept students from 4 years old through college age. Class curriculum includes: Beginning through Advanced Tumbling, Foundations in Cheerleading & Pom/Song, Tryout Prep for Cheerleading & Pom/Song, Leaps & Turns Class, STUNT the Game, Stunts & Pyramids, Tumbling for Dancers, USA Cheer Competition teams, & Private lessons. We also strive to build self-confidence, reduce performance anxiety, & encourage good mental health as well as physical health. Our staff are all USA Cheer members & AACCA certified safety coaches with over 13 years experiencing in coaching all types of spirit sports programs. Further certifications include: CPR/AED/ First Aid, Concussion safety, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Teaching & Modeling Behavior, Mental Health, Bully Prevention, & Riverside SPORT Hall of Fame
