Hi, Thank you for visiting my youtube channel. I have been running since 2014 when I realized I needed to lose some kilos as I was getting overweight.
At first, it was very very difficult to start running, I used to just run for 10 min and stop.
I pushed myself and added 2-3 minute additional on every alternative run. My first marathon was just 10KM on the SIA charity run in 2014.
I manage to lose 15KG in about 6 months.
While running I added weight training as well, Squats, push-ups, bench press, burpees, lunges and core workout used to be the usual exercise.
When I saw improvement in my overall physique exercise became a habit and must.
Besides workout, I took a very careful approach to my food intake. Cutting down sugar was the first step. Less carbohydrate more protein and whole-food were some of the changes I made to my diet.
I take good care of my health as this is the most important thing in my life.
