I have been working as a cook for 18 years.
after graduating from a cooking school, I worked at a Kaiseki restaurant in Kamakura
Kaiseki-Ryori is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. it was difficult and hard for a beginner...
after that I worked at a hotel in Okinawa that changed my life.
Of course, there were tough things, but it became fun to touch very gentle and warm people and cook again.
It was also at this time that I decided to continue cooking more, feeling the joy of having close friends eat my dishes.
I was practicing that peeling daikon radish and Japanese Omlett.
After that, , I had a working holiday in Vancouver, Canada for a year. And next year, I started working in Germany and it continues to this day.
Now, I'm always motivating with positive friends, and spending my days giving with aspirations and stimulation,
