I used to love doing energy drink reviews especially Ghost 👻. When I was living in Houston I worked @ 5am coaching so constantly needed a little kick. Since living in Seattle and having my injury haven’t needed them that much. Ghost also haven’t really changed flavors too much since then but today I found these ❤️. New videos coming soon

10 day of 100 burpees a day really pleased with my form at the moment. Took over 8 months to be able to perform a jumping burpee.
