Ashtanga yoga...is a practice for emancipation and freedom. Talking freedom and feeling freedom are two different things. This rigorous practice is completely able to give highest possible human experience of joy. Joy never felt and it will keep growing with more learning and culturing life as per lessons coming out of effort. This effort is a shield around giving practitioner protection from all dimensions of life.
It has not only physical component, that is preparation to get inside. So after 12 years of external yoga now internal yoga where serving saints is the foremost thing, my next sequence of work now mostly with teachings for educating self mind. My own purification.
Miraculous practice is yoga !

**मातृ श्री सारदा की शिक्षाएँ** पहली दृष्टि में कभी-कभी दोहरावपूर्ण अथवा विषय की सीमा से परे प्रतीत हो सकती हैं। परन्तु यह अनुभूति वास्तव में केवल मन की एक भ्रान्ति है। वे एक आत्मसाक्षात्कारी महापुरुष की शिष्या हैं और स्वयं भी अत्यन्त उच्च आध्यात्मिक अवस्था में स्थित होते हुए अपने गुरु की शिक्षाओं के अनुसार जीवन व्यतीत कर रही हैं।
उनके गुरु ने वास्तव में यह मार्ग दिखाया था कि आध्यात्मिक उन्नति का आधार एक दिव्य गुरु पर पूर्ण आश्रय है। जब मातृ श्री सारदा इसी विषय पर बोलती हैं, तब उनके विचारों को सुनना—चाहे वे किसी भी माध्यम से सुनाई दें—मनुष्य को दिव्य प्रेम की ओर ले जाता है। और यही दिव्य प्रेम आत्मसाक्षात्कार का स्वाभाविक फल है। इसलिए उनकी उपस्थिति और उनकी वाणी आपके आध्यात्मिक जीवन में निश्चय ही अमूल्य योगदान प्रदान करती है।

TEACHINGS OF MATHRU SRI SARADA may seem repetitive and at times beyond scope. But this feeling is just illusion from own mind. She IS a student of a realised man and herself exalted, still living to personal teachings. he had actually shown THE PATH as reliance on a divine teacher. when she speaks of it, listening her thought even from anyone's mouth lead to DIVINE LOVE, WHICH IS THE RESULT OF REALISATION. So her presence surely add things to the spiritual lore of YOU !!
