Established in 2009, An-Nisa Hope Center is a faith-informed, culturally sensitive 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing holistic support to individuals and families navigating crisis, healing, and growth in Houston, Texas and Southfield, Michigan. An-Nisa exists to ensure that care is not only accessible, but also safe, dignified, and culturally affirming.
We offer domestic violence and case management support, trauma-informed mental health services, short-term financial assistance, community education, community fulfillment, and a food pantry, which serves families with care. Our services are designed to meet people where they are, honoring cultural values, lived experiences, and individual circumstances.
Grounded in empathy, trust, and community partnership, An-Nisa welcomes individuals of all backgrounds. Through culturally sensitive care, prevention-focused education, and sustained support, we strive to build safer homes, healthier relationships, and more resilient communities.
