We are Brian & Kathy, we live in NW Arkansas.

After I (Brian) retired, I had no problem staying busy with our 15 acres we already owned in NW Arkansas. Then we purchased a small piece of property in NE Oklahoma. I was curious about chainsaw milling so we bought into that idea. I did mill some good shelving boards and used them as shelving in our root cellar. But then in May 2024, we had a tornado come through our property and took down 63 trees. This got us thinking that maybe it was time to invest in a bandsaw. We bought a Woodland Mills HM122 9.5hp Sawmill. I have already milled some lumber that my wife & I built a Storage Shed on our Oklahoma property and now we are milling lumber to build a Tiny Home on our Oklahoma property. We have a good start to the lumber we will need for the tiny home & have that staged up of drying out.
